Processing Time
All artworks and fine art prints are made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
We work with gelato.com, a global print-on-demand production partner, to fulfill and ship orders from the production facility closest to the customer whenever possible.

Estimated Delivery Times
Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Singapore: 3–7 business days
International: 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier services, weather, or holiday periods.
Shipping Fees
We currently offer:
Free shipping on selected products and destinations

Shipping fees calculated at checkout based on destination.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before the order enters production.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:
your order number
photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or solution.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or high shipping volumes are outside our control.
